"Advantages of Email"

This one advantage gives some information in order for the business enterprise to use email since it is fast approach. It tells us that email can consume a minimum amount of time. And it is simple since you are just going to encode your letter then send to the client. And it has speed since you can easily send and receive it in a few minutes or seconds. Speed and simplicity of an email is one of the importances in business correspondence.

Email is flexible since it has a capacity to give a fast approach in going into business. And it gives the company information that there are many ways to connect and correspond to their client. And email has a power since it is a country viewed in terms of its international influence. And it has a power to communicate between the company and the client in a quick manner. Flexibility and power of an email is one way that the business will become popular in other country.

"Disadvantages of Email"

-Accessibility-

Accessible because you can easily talk and communicate on other people in a simple way. The old way and the proper way of communicating are now vanished because of the easy approach of email. But people say that it is more difficult replaying in computer. And because of that people avoid it and also email or ignore it.

-Reliability-

This is one of the disadvantages in using email. Because sometimes malfunction or get lost of connection may arrive that message late. Especially in business letter that is being send in an email. My reaction for blogging is first I expect that it is difficult since it is the first time that we've been doing or registering in this site and tottaly I dont have any idea of what is this but because from the help of our loving instructor in this subject she taught us of "how".Secondly,I find out that our instructor let her students to do this because she want us to be a competent in our technological world and also for the sake of us because she want us to have some awareness or wisdom of what really blogging is.

a. My reaction about the subject Business Correspondence is very nice and very helpful to me because it helps me a lot to explore the world of this technology. Through this subject it gives me time to visit my computer account. It gives me an idea on how to make a paper works about business.
